Being on camera is an event that causes many of us some level of dread. One of your concerns is probably your appearance. No one wants to look bad on camera and watch unflattering footage of themselves. One of the questions that may occur to you leading up to it is: "what do I wear?"
I found some great advice on this here (Wistia, 2013), which I recommend you read plus I'll list the basics below.
- Avoid shiny, flashy clothing and accessories
- Avoid Patterned clothing
- Avoid high contrasted colors (black and white)
- Avoid orange-red colors
- Wear clothes that visually shape and lengthen your body
